This week around the venue you will see a number of signs and stickers up around the facility which are designed to help you let us know how things are going. We know the new facility is bigger and over thepast few months we have wrangled with everything from lawns not being mowed by council to shoddy cleaning. We’re happy to be on top of most of the issues, but as our members your eyes and ears around the venue help us know the trouble spots before they get too bad. So we have launched two new tools.
Tell Us Something is Up
Around the facility you will find a great image and QR code, if you scan this QR code you can instantly let us know if something is not right. If a change room isn’t up to spec, bins full in a dug out or just a dug out left a mess by earlier teams. This will come through to the team that can help get it fixed. Over the next week or so we will be closing down other more informal ways to let us know as this is a system we want to use and one that will allow us to respond to you as needed. We have thousands of eyes and ears on the facility each week, and we hope you’ll help us keep it in tip-top shape.
Help us Shape Harbour
The second option for feedback is a slightly more in-depth way of letting us know how we are going is on the “Harbour Maroon” survey image. Its about 10 questions, and takes only a few minutes to complete. If you have a great idea, or something you would love us to explore then this is the place to let us know, how are you finding your Harbour Hockey Experience. From Competitions to Programs and Development all the way through to the Venue team this survey will be used by the management team to inform decisions relating to any part of the association. As our member community it is important to us that we hear your ideas for improving your experience and we want to try where possible to make these a reality.
