ABOUT
Welcome to the HEART Academy programme. The ‘Academy’ programme was established in 2008 and has since produced several Black Sticks, National Champion’s and Association members through a fun development programme creating a lifelong love for the game.
The purpose of our HEART Academy is to provide a World Class programme where coaches and facilities are provided to support the development of local players.
The HEART Academy is always a great start to the Hockey year, getting stick on ball, developing necessary and new skills and re connecting with your friends before the school and club year hits off. It is a great introduction to the Under 16 Junior Hawks and Wolves Programme that runs in Term 3.
The programme includes 10 x 1.5-hour sessions that include skill activity and some afternoons of 5’s matches.
