April has been an eventful month for our hockey community. It was a pleasure to host the NZ Heritage Tournament over the Easter weekend and to welcome teams, officials, and supporters from across the country. The tournament once again showcased not only the strong values and connection within the teams but also the passion the players displayed in representing their culture.

Do you know someone who has made an outstanding and lasting contribution to hockey in our community? We are now inviting nominations for Life Membership of North Harbour Hockey Association. This is an opportunity to recognise an individual who has gone above and beyond. For more information about the criteria to submit a nomination, follow the link below. Nominations close by 5pm on Tuesday 5 May 2026.

North Harbour Hockey is pleased to announce the selection of the following players to the 2026 U18 Premier and Premier 2 teams. These teams will compete at the National Under 18 Championships from 5–11 July, with the Women’s tournament in Palmerston North and the Men’s tournament in Tauranga. What an incredible week it was to host the NZ Masters Tournament. North Harbour Hockey was proud to welcome 112 Masters teams, making it the largest hockey event in New Zealand this year. We hope you enjoyed the experience and the strong support shown by our Harbour whānau throughout the tournament.

We're looking for two friendly and organized people to take on the roles of Winter Competition Coordinator & HBC Coordinator for the winter season. These roles are responsible for the onsite coordination of winter competitions at North Harbour Hockey & Millwater Turf.
