inclusive leadership workshop

North Harbour Hockey are proud members of Diversity Works New Zealand and we are excited to be hosting an Inclusive Leadership workshop at our Albany centre in March.

Inclusive leadership provides leaders with the skills to manage diverse perspectives, support and empower their teams and turn differences into opportunities for growth and innovation within their organisation.

We invite you to book a place on this three-hour workshop for yourself, your team or colleagues to:

  • Understand the role of leaders in diversity, equity and inclusion.

  • Define inclusive leadership skills and traits.

  • Explore the psychological foundations of inclusive leadership.

  • Understand the differences between inclusive leadership and other leadership styles.

  • Learn about the relationship between inclusive leadership with unconscious bias and cultural intelligence.

Anyone from the North Harbour Hockey community can attend this workshop at a discounted rate and by booking a place, you will be supporting us to put our team through this training and improve the way we deliver hockey in the community.
